Strip-out and planning
We visit, measure and talk through what you want. The existing work comes out, the sequence is planned and you know what happens when.

Coordinated trades and craftsmanship
Joinery is made to order in solid wood, plywood, veneer, MDF or chipboard, and every other trade is coordinated around it so the site keeps moving.
- 03
Final handover, backed by a 12-month guarantee
Snagging, cleaning and a proper walk-through. The finished work is handed over with a 12-month workmanship guarantee.

Do you give free quotes?

Which areas of London do you cover?
All of London. The workshop base is in East Barnet, North London, and we travel across the capital for both joinery and full projects.
Are you insured?
Yes — Public Liability insurance up to £2,000,000 through Direct Line.
How long does a bespoke kitchen take?
It depends on the size of the room and the finish, because everything is made to order rather than taken off a shelf. Once we have measured, you get a realistic timescale in writing with the quote, along with the dates each trade is needed.
What materials and finishes do you work with?
Solid wood, plywood, veneer, MDF and chipboard. Finishes can be painted, lacquered, oiled, stained, or made to order to match something you already have.
Do you handle the whole project or just the joinery?
Both. You can book joinery on its own, or hand over the whole build. Brais Joinery and Development runs projects from initial strip-out to final handover, coordinating trusted trade partners for the other trades.
What happens after installation?
You get a walk-through at handover and a 12-month guarantee on workmanship. If anything needs adjusting afterwards, get in touch and it will be sorted.
